GGE will work with the tournament organizer in securing all signage, contest insurance, merchandise, apparel, etc for your golf tournament. GGE will work with your volunteer staff coordinating the registration area, on-course enhancements, awards and prizes, and maximizing the fundraising opportunities that are available to you. On tournament day, GGE will coordinate and assist in set-up and break-down all signage, contests, merchandise, etc in conjunction with the volunteer staff. Tournament Planning & Assistance Package
Recommended for first-time tournaments
GGE will partner with the tournament organizer and act as the liaison between the golf course and your organization. This includes review of contract, contract negotiation, site visit, and food and beverage requirements. GGE will create a “Golf Event Plan” which will focus on your goals and objectives with an agenda, detailed budget, and a sponsorship plan. GGE will also provide a post-event evaluation based on your goals and objectives with a complete financial summary of all transactions. The package includes the Tournament Assistance Package.
