Pre-Event Services:

Site Selection is one of the most important components to running a successful golf event. The site sets the tone immediately for the type of golf event you are planning. Participants who have been at the site prior to your golf event know what to expect and those participants who have not been there automatically create an impression as soon as they park their vehicle for the golf event. GGE will partner with you to determine the best site to run your golf event. Some of the determining factors include the type of budget you have allocated, the number of people that will play, the distance to and from the golf venue, the food and beverage capabilities, and the level of play of the participants.

Food and Beverage, is also one of the most important components of your golf event. GGE will partner with you in determining the best food and beverage choices for the type of golf event you are planning. Most golf events take advantage of food and beverage capabilities for pre-event, on-course, and post-event banquet functions.

Golf Merchandise and Apparel. GGE provides all the golf merchandise and apparel for your golf event needs. Popular items include arrival gift packages that may include a golf shirt, company logoed golf balls, bag tags or towels, as well as divot tools, tees, and markers.

Tournament and Play Format. Scramble, Best-Ball, Match Play, and Stroke Play are all popular formats that are available to choose for your golf event. Some of the determining factors that will decide your format are the number of participants, the time it will take to complete the playing part of your event, and the amount of fun versus competition you would like involved in your event.
